Introducing Sparkle Collars

This video introduces Sparkle Collars.
Sparkle Collars are a U.F.O Spaceship shaped product with 3 super bright L.E.D lights around the outside.
There is a groove in the Sparkle Collar so that you can easily slide it onto the neck of latex balloons.
A stunning balloon light that lights up the neck of the balloon instead of the inside of the balloon, this way the L.E.D lights can be seen from 360 degrees, anywhere in the room. Sparkle Collars are light enough to float on 28cm helium filled balloons for more than 8 hours and even after the balloon goes down, the Sparkle Collars will keep lighting up for hours and hours.
