• Delivery times stated are an estimation only and may take longer due to weather conditions or the effect of Covid. If you are on a tight deadline, express post is usually the fastest way to receive an order.
• All orders are processed and shipped same day where possible, or next working day.
• Every product we supply has been quality tested to meet Australian Standards, but as the purchaser, you are responsible for the use / misuse of any product purchased from us, none of our products are recommended for children under 12 years of age, be sure to dispose of packaging thoughtfully and carefully, do not leave near any small children. Once the products have been used, be sure to keep them away from children, especially any product that contains small batteries.
• If any product is faulty when received, please contact us, we usually include spares in your order. We reserve the right to replace or refund any faulty product, often the shipping costs more than the product. We reserve the right to request that any faulty product be returned to us prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
• All sales are final, if you wish to return any product purchased, please contact us first and we will then determine the best course of action. Any product approved for a refund must first be returned to our office, we will then assure that the products have not been used and are in re-saleable condition before issuing a refund. Any product that has been used or opened is not entitled to a refund. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any accepted returned items.
• We now charge a 5% fee on the total order value to cover the ever increasing costs in conducting business in Australia. Fuel costs / courier costs / product price increases / the fluctuating Australian Dollar and all other costs on a day to day basis have resulted in this 5% surcharge on every order. We have not increased our product prices.
• Orders collected from our warehouse: We are not open to the public and not open for walk ins, any order placed onliine will be placed outside of our front door ready for collection, be sure to advise us when you will be collecting your order, if you choose this option, so that we can have it ready for you. After hours order collections are possible as long as we know when you are wanting to collect. Any order not collected on the date specified, will be brought back inside our warehouse until we are sure that it will be collected at the agreed time. We are NOT open to the public for browsing / walk ins or orders that have not been placed online.
