We stand behind all of our innovative products, if you have purchased products from us directly, you can send them back in the event you have any faulty product or contact us.
Our desire always is to assure that you are happy with everything Sparkle as we are so proud to create it and make it available.
If you have purchased any of our products from another Distributor or Retailer, you must return any faulty product to the place of purchase.
The website is our one stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shop, though if you need some assistance or have questions you can always go to our individual product FAQ pages OR you can send us an email which we answer as quick as possible. We personally answer all emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Though if you still wish to speak to someone that is fine too. Just email us your phone number and question and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you still would like to chat to us call our cell 0422 465440.
All orders are ideally sent the same day otherwise within the same 24 hour period. Where applicable tracking references are sent out via email as soon as that information is available.

Sparkle Lites .com uses Stripe and Paypal. Sparkle Lites does not keep any payment information and the payment gateways are able to receive payments from Visa Card, MasterCard and Paypal.

There are so many costs involved in having a physical store which would only add to the costs of of each Sparkle Lites® product. By having warehouses and distribution outlets this allows us to keep the costs of each product down to reasonable rates.
