To receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on any order over $100 enter the code “FREESHIP” in the coupon code box when checking out. Only 1 coupon code per order, ask us if you have any questions. Free Standard Shipping takes 4 to 7 days to arrive.

We ship all orders same day wherever possible, even if you order at 4pm we will try to get your order out by Express Post if you choose that option.
Normal shipping is by Australia Post Parcel Post and delivery times vary depending on your location.
According to Australia Post it is anything from 2 to 5 working days and even longer in remote areas.
If you choose Express Post it is overnight to any Capital City and 1 to 2 days in most other suburban areas of Australia, a little longer to remote areas.
Express post has tracking, in the event your parcel does not arrive we can launch an investigation.
If you choose Courier, we use Couriers Please. This Courier service is usually more reliable, faster and has more accurate tracking than Australia Post.

If you have a very tight deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can find the best way to meet your deadline. If you are in Southeast Brisbane you can arrange to collect your order from our warehouse in Slacks Creek by appointment only. Choose this option when you checkout and then contact us to organize a suitable time to collect your order, you can collect orders same day in most circumstances.
